Flash Creations started in 2004, based on the idea to give
webmasters flash based applications that they can easily install onto their webpage.
Mike
Carter is the founder and operator of Flash Creations.
Mike is from Folsom, CA and currently holds a BS in Management Information Systems (MIS) from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). Mike’s technical expertise includes:
